Join Peachtree Immediate Care – Georgia’s leading urgent care provider – as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the Loganville region. This full-time, regional float position offers a structured schedule and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

About the role

This position is ideal for a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional who thrives in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You’ll provide top-quality care, assist medical providers, and support a variety of clinical tasks across multiple locations in Monroe, Loganville, and Snellville.

Schedule

  • Full-time, 3x12-hour shifts (8 am – 8 pm)
  • Rotating weekends
  • Regional float position (travel between locations required)

Responsibilities

  • Assist medical providers with patient care, exams, and minor procedures
  • Perform vital signs, document patient information, and maintain accurate medical records
  • Conduct lab tests, administer medications, and provide wound care as directed
  • Maintain exam rooms and medical equipment in a clean, safe condition
  • Support occupational health services and radiographic imaging where applicable
  • Ensure patient comfort, answer questions, and address concerns
  • Follow safety and infection control protocols

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (certification preferred) or licensed as an LPN or EMT
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification (required)
  • Reliable transportation for travel between regional locations
  • Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Comfort in a fast-paced urgent care setting with varied medical responsibilities
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in an outpatient or clinical setting (preferred but not required)
