We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions). Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must include Pay and Schedule only if posting actually states them. The posting includes "Available Schedules: Days: 3x12's 6am-6:30pm Swing: 4x8's 4pm-12:30am Nights: 3x12's 6pm-6:30am". Also "Compensation: $20-24/hour + Shift Differential". So we have Pay and Schedule sections. We also have "POSITION SUMMARY" which could be About the role. We'll put that under

with paragraph(s). Responsibilities: "ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:" with bullet list. We'll extract duties into

    Qualifications

maybe also Requirements? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can combine Requirements and Qualifications? Probably separate: Requirements maybe the mandatory items; Qualifications maybe preferred? But we can just put all under Qualifications. However we need to follow instruction: Use headings for those sections if content exists. We have content for Requirements (e.g., QMAP certification required, completion of accredited program preferred, etc.) and Qualifications (maybe same). Could combine but better to separate: Requirements heading for mandatory items; Qualifications heading for preferred items. Skills heading for preferred knowledge and skills. Benefits heading for benefits list. Pay heading for compensation. Schedule heading for available schedules. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also must not include duplicated lines. Remove boilerplate like "This job description is not intended..." etc. Also remove EEO statements, at-will employment, etc. Also remove "Northpoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer." etc. Also remove "Employment may be terminated..." etc. Also remove "This job description is not intended..." etc. Also remove "POSITION SUMMARY:" maybe we keep as content but not as heading. We'll put under About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like facility, location, reports to, etc. That is substantive. Should we include them in About the role paragraph? Yes. Let's extract: Job Title: Medical Assistant – Clinical Support (but we don't repeat as heading).
