We're seeking Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) who thrive on teamwork, connection, and making a real impact through home care. As part of the Clover Care Visit's (CCV) Team, you'll work alongside Providers to deliver high-quality, hands-on care with a focus on early intervention and transitional care to set the foundation for long-term health.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
• Be the friendly, trusted face members rely on during visits, helping with translation, gathering information, taking vitals, and answering questions.
• Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
• Help close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
• Coordinate through electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Maintain medical supplies and ensure smooth, well-prepared visits.
• Support outreach efforts to schedule visits and strengthen patient engagement.
• Drive independently or with the provider to patient visits.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
• At least 1 year of healthcare experience (home-based care a plus).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer proficiency; comfortable with documentation in electronic medical records (EMRs).
• Able to walk up 3 flights of stairs and carry up to 40 lbs. of equipment.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills (preferred but not required).

Pay

Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant's education, work experience, certifications, etc. A reasonable estimate of the base hourly rate for this role is $23–$25 USD per hour.

Schedule

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday, field-based role. You must reside in or near Chatham County, GA as the position involves driving to and conducting member visits in their homes.
