Responsibilities
- Assist in patient care activities such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Document patient interactions and medical procedures accurately and timely.
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and communicating with patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Skills
- Proficient in electronic health record systems.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
