Position Summary
Responsible for the care and comfort of all patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Rooming patients
- Taking vital signs
- Performing phlebotomy
- Aiding with procedures
- Maintaining appropriate practice logs
- Informing patients of normal lab results
- Managing patient flow
- Comprehensive documentation to support patient care
Requirements
- MA or RMA Certification
- Certified in CPR
- Certified in Medical Practice Management and EMR software experience preferred (specifically Epic)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word and Excel) helpful
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Flexible; able to adapt to change
