Medical Assistant- Cape Coral- Bilingual

MaxHealth is looking to hire a full-time Medical Assistant to oversee patient care, prepare patients' rooms, assist physicians with exams, and perform front desk tasks. Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and triage them upon arrival
• Prepare examination and procedure rooms
• Obtain patient histories, vital signs, and weight/height measurements
• Assist with examinations, procedures, and treatments while maintaining a calming presence
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing documents (pre-authorizations, medical records, test results)

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Computer literacy, including experience using EMR/EHR systems

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
