Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner.
Exhibit excellent communication skills.
Accurately obtain complete medical history, medications, and vital signs on all patients.
Ensure exam rooms are clean and appropriately stocked
Perform phlebotomy for genetic testing as needed.
Able to chart appropriately, relay instructions to patients/families, and answer patient calls and portal messages in a timely manner.
Able to obtain scans and surgical authorizations through insurance.
Perform front office tasks which include checking patients in and scheduling future appointments.
Able to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Must be able to respect the need for confidentiality.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Able to assist with supply inventory management.

Education Preferred
- High School or better
- Technical/other training or better

- CNAAAMA-CMA
