About the role

The clinic medical office assistant provides assistance to clinic patients as directed by the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and the Medical Office Manager.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing medical supplies.
• Assists patients during their visits, including greeting them, taking vital signs, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
• Follows established clinic standards, procedures, and practices.

Requirements

• High School Graduate
• CPR Certification
• Two years of experience in a medical office
