About the role
The clinic medical office assistant provides assistance to clinic patients as directed by the Physician, Nurse Practitioner, and the Medical Office Manager.
Responsibilities
- Fulfills administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing medical supplies.
- Assists patients during their visits, including greeting them, taking vital signs, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
- Follows established clinic standards, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
- High School Graduate
- CPR Certification
- Two years of experience in a medical office
