We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the description. First, we have location, schedule, starting range, benefits list, then description of role, responsibilities, etc. Also there is "Certifications, Licensures Or Registry Requirements", "KNOWLEDGE | SKILLS | ABILITIES", "Requirements" (Education, Experience, Travel, Physical Demands). We need to map to sections. We must not repeat job title as heading (not given). No Job ID. We need to include sections only if content present. We have: - About the role: maybe the general summary paragraph: "The Medical Assistant supports the delivery of urological services..." That's a description of role. Could be "About the role". We'll include. - Responsibilities: list of duties (the long list). We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. - Requirements: includes education, experience, travel, physical demands. Could be separate sections: Qualifications, Skills, etc. But we have "Requirements" heading in the posting. We can map to

    Requirements

and include subpoints? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have multiple of those headings. We need to decide which sections have content. We have: - Benefits: list of benefits (Health insurance, Dental, Vision, Life, Pet, HSA, Paid sick time, Paid time off, Paid holidays, Profit sharing, Retirement plan). So include Benefits. - Pay: Starting range: $19.00-22.00. Also "We offer competitive pay as well as PTO, Holiday pay, and a comprehensive benefits package!" So we have pay range. So include Pay. - Schedule: "Full Time; M-F. No nights, weekends, or observed holidays at this time!" So include Schedule. - Qualifications: maybe Certifications/Licensures: "Certification or Registration preferred." Could be Qualifications. - Skills: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities list: ability to perform well in stressful situations, knowledge in healthcare systems, ability to work independently, project management, vendor relations, database management, problem solving, skill using computer programs, excellent verbal/written communication, exceptional patient service, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, complies with HIPAA. So include Skills. - Requirements: Education, Experience, Travel, Physical Demands. Could be Requirements. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include all details. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. We'll structure:

  • . Then Certifications/Licensures: "Certification or Registration preferred." We'll put under Qualifications maybe. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities list: we need to capture each item. The text: "Ability to perform well in stressful situations. Knowledge in healthcare systems operations such as EMR, Practice Management Solutions. • . Pay: Starting range: $19.00-22.00. Also mention competitive pay etc. We'll include the range. Schedule: "Full Time; M-F. No nights, weekends, or observed holidays at this time!" Now About the role paragraph we already have. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. The general summary also includes location and schedule etc. We'll keep location maybe in About the role? The location is "Work Location: 5201 S Willow Springs Rd #380 Lagrange, Il 60525". Should we include? It's substantive. We could include in About the role paragraph or separate? There's no specific heading for location; we could include in About the role as part of description. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include location somewhere. Could add a

with location before About the role? But we have no heading for location; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph: "Located at 5201 S Willow Springs Rd #380 Lagrange, Il 60525." We'll add. Also the schedule and pay we have separate sections. Now we need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. We'll start with

    About the role

Located at 5201 S Willow Springs Rd #380 Lagrange, Il 60525. The Medical Assistant supports the delivery of urological services, performs work as required and functions as an effective member of the interdisciplinary team. The Medical Assistant is tasked to perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the medical offices running smoothly. This position collaborates/work with staff within their practice or other professional disciplines within the affiliated medical groups as needed to achieve effective and efficient patient care delivery and the desired patient outcomes.

Then Responsibilities. Then Requirements? Actually we have Education/Experience/Travel/Physical Demands. Could be under Requirements. We'll do

    Requirements

    • Education: Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Experience: 6 months experience working within a physician’s office desired; Urology experience desired.
    • Travel: Minimal travel required.
    • Physical Demands: ...
but we need to keep each physical demand as separate
  • maybe nested? Simpler: make a sublist? But we can just list each as separate
  • under Requirements. Better:

    Requirements

    • Education: Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Experience: 6 months experience working within a physician’s office desired; Urology experience desired.
    • Travel: Minimal travel required.
    • Physical Demands:
      • ... nested? Might be okay but we need to keep only
        • for any list. Nested lists are allowed but still
          • . We'll do nested. But to keep simple, we can just list each physical demand as separate
          • under Requirements without nesting, but then we lose grouping. It's okay. We'll do:

            Requirements

            • Education: Graduate of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience preferred.
            • Experience: 6 months experience working within a physician’s office desired; Urology experience desired.
