Responsibilities
- Performs routine intake procedures including, but not limited to, temperature, pulse, respiration, height, weight, and blood pressure readings
- Affords assistance with administrative procedures required, including patient referral, charting and documentation of activities and phone calls
- Demonstrates teamwork and commitment to quality patient care
- Attends clinic mandated and departmental inservices and trainings
- Performs other duties as assigned within the guidelines set forth by the organization
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong working knowledge in computer systems; such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and/or lift for extended periods of time
