Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort patients to exam rooms.
- Record vital signs, medical history, and other patient information in the EHR.
- Perform lab tests, diagnostic procedures, and administer vaccines as directed.
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and exam rooms.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide quality care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and staff.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
- Proficiency in computers, EHR systems, and medical equipment.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10, and CPT coding preferred.
- CPR certification required.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills preferred.
- Must have all CDC-recommended immunizations.
