About the role
As a Medical Assistant, you will provide support to healthcare professionals in various administrative and clinical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with registration and check-in procedures
- Administer medications as directed by a physician
- Collect patient history and vital signs
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment
- Manage medical records and scheduling
- Communicate with patients regarding their health status and treatment plans
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
