Medical Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team in a full-time role, primarily working day shifts with occasional extended hours on a rotating schedule. The role involves providing patient care, performing medical intake procedures, assessments, immunizations, and phlebotomy, as well as assisting at the front desk with patient check-in, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and payment processing. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred. Certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA) is required or must be achieved within six months. CPR certification is also mandatory. Prior clinical experience is preferred, and bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and pass background checks. Key responsibilities encompass patient evaluation, vital signs, symptom reporting, safe phlebotomy, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at the front desk.
