Job Name: Certified Medical Assistant
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 6-month Contract (Possibility of extension or conversion)
Pay rate: $20-$23/hr. On W2 (Pay Rate is based on experience)
Schedule: 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm (1 rotating Saturday 8am-1pm). Float Locations: Bayonne, Hoboken, Maywood, NJ
Responsibilities
- Handle registration, scheduling, phones, and patient appointments.
- Record vitals and document clinical information accurately.
- Auxiliary physicians with exams and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control standards.
- Stock and manage medical supplies and equipment.
- Schedule tests and coordinate patient services.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and providers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Graduated from Medical Assistant program, Certification (CMA, CCMA, RMA) (certification is required).
- BLS Certification is required.
