Responsibilities
- Booking and rescheduling patients
- Managing prior authorizations and patient communication
- Monitoring patients
- Being a liaison to the clinic medical team
- Working closely with the administrative department
- Communicating with providers on a respectful and professional level
- Administering injections
- Managing and operating clinic including cleaning, managing paperwork and data
- Opening and closing facility
- Guiding patients through new paperwork and contracts and medical protocols
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willingness to understand and navigate multiple patient medical record platforms
- Certified Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Certificate
- Reliable transportation
- Proper time management
