Responsibilities

• Greet and escort patients from the waiting room to the treatment room
• Accompany the physician in the treatment room to document the patient's history, physical examination findings, and procedures
• Verify benefits for in-office procedures, durable medical equipment (DME), and custom orthotics
• Prepare lab work to be sent
• Help doctors and other team members as needed
• Answer phones and follow up with patients during non-clinic time
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of full-time experience in a patient-facing role or at least 2 years of full-time experience in a high-volume, customer service role
• You have great communication skills, both verbal and written
• You are professional and friendly, with great attention to detail
• You have a commitment to customer service with work experience to show for it

Pay

This is a full-time position, 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM, located in Smyrna.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
