Medical Assistant

NEPA Community Health Care is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to join our care team in Montrose.

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts, working Monday - Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• Work directly with primary and behavioral health care providers to room patients
• Collect preliminary visit information and test samples
• Maintain patient records
• Communicate with patients regarding basic medical procedures
• Assist in basic examinations
• Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization by effectively managing patient flow throughout the office visit

This professional has a well-developed understanding of medical terminology and can multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment while continuing to provide personalized, compassionate service.
