Responsibilities
- Preparing patients for appointments and procedures
- Aiding providers during vein procedures and treatments
- Maintaining rooms ready, stocked, and procedure-ready
- Accurately documenting in the EMR
- Supporting patient follow-up and communication
- Maintaining clinic flow and scheduling appointments
- Collaborating with teammates for an outstanding patient experience
- Assisting with inventory and room readiness
- Traveling between clinic locations as needed
Requirements
- Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a clinical environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
