Responsibilities
- Aids with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation service by obtaining precertification of patients, scheduling procedures, and performing treatments.
- Aids with Spravato treatment by obtaining precertification, scheduling procedures, following up after treatments, and performing treatments.
- Obtains vitals as needed during patient visits.
- Collaborates with scheduling staff and physicians in coordinating appointment schedules.
- Answers phones, screens calls, takes messages, and follows up on patient issues.
- Schedules patient appointments and procedures as directed by providers.
- Fulfills system and office policies and procedures, focusing on attendance, punctuality, confidentiality, dress code, and ID badge usage, as well as safety.
- Completes required education and training to maintain organizational and department-specific competencies and requirements.
- Maintains applicable certifications and licenses.
- Assists with front office responsibilities and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Willingness to work on a 1099 basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Graduated from a Medical Assistant program.
- Basic knowledge of medications and medical terminology.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records systems.
- One year of pediatric experience in a practice (preferred).
- Experience with phlebotomy and injections (preferred).

- Must be willing to work at a 1099 basis.
