Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vitals
• Enter patient information into electronic medical record (EMR)
• Set up and assist with office procedures
• Chaperone providers during patient examination
• Take pre-op and post-op photos of patients
• Maintain surgical instruments and transport instruments to Central Sterile (CSS)
• Process surgical specimens and transport them to Pathology
• Maintain and stock exam rooms
• Order clinical supplies
• Complete FMLA and Disability forms
• Clean and reset exam rooms
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year experience is preferred as a Medical Assistant or EMT-Paramedic
• CPR certification preferred
• Provide age-specific care for adolescents, adults, geriatrics, and pediatrics

Pay

Minimum USD $17.83/Hr. – Maximum USD $26.75/Hr. Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
