This position is incentive eligible. We have an exciting opportunity to join AVECINA - Gainesville Newberry, part of HCA Healthcare. The MDNow Urgent Care Clinic operates Monday‑Sunday 8am‑8pm, requiring flexibility to work during those hours. We are seeking a Clinical Medical Assistant who champions patient care and works as part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking patient histories and vital signs
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments, including preparation and maintenance of supplies and equipment for treatments, including sterilization
• Give injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy needs
• Assist physicians in applying splints, dressings, and bandages
• Assist with transfers and scheduling of follow‑up care
