- Monday through Friday: 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm
- Every other weekend: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 am – 8:00 pm

About the role
We are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to support both clinical and administrative tasks, such as taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, updating patient records, and coordinating appointments. Medical Assistants will work under the supervision of physicians and nurses in a fast-paced environment, helping to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure smooth clinical operations.

Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient care, clerical, environmental, and organization tasks
- Handle appointment scheduling and chart management
- Provide information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from clinic services
- Convey a positive image of the organization
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant experience (required for new hires effective April 2014)
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Minimum one year of work experience in a public contact job
- Work experience in health care preferred
