Role Overview

Describe the role and team the candidate will be joining

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct routine check-ups and manage chronic conditions
• Administer vaccinations and provide preventive care
• Perform dental procedures and manage oral health
• Assess and address mental health needs through therapy and medication management
• Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records
• Engage in ongoing professional development and education

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related field
• Current license to practice medicine, dentistry, or psychology in Maine
• Experience in family medicine, podiatry, behavioral health, or dental care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for community health and patient care
