We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. The page already shows it. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content: About Us (company description). About The Role (description). What You’ll Do (responsibilities). About You (requirements/qualifications). Why You’ll Love Working Here (benefits? Actually includes mission, impact, growth, compensation). Then Strong, Transparent Compensation & Benefits (pay and benefits). Also Selection Process etc (application instructions) which we should remove. Also EEO etc remove. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. So we can have sections: About Us, About the Role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay (maybe combine Benefits and Pay). The instructions list possible headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use those that match. We have location and office hours: could be Schedule? Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. That's schedule info. So we can include a Schedule section. We have Pay: $19-25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications; generous annual performance bonus. So Pay section. Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; Paid time off + paid sick time; 401(k) with company match. Also maybe "Strong, Transparent Compensation & Benefits". So Benefits section. Requirements: About You: 3+ years as a medical assistant, ideally in primary care; confidence with vitals, blood draws, EKGs, basic labs; strong communication; ability to multitask; composure; genuine warmth; mindset grounded in core values; stand out if CMA; speak English/Spanish; take ownership. That's qualifications/requirements. Skills: maybe we can include skills as part of Requirements, but we could have a Skills section if we want. However we should not create thin sections. Could combine Requirements and Skills into one Requirements section. But we have separate headings allowed; we can choose to include Requirements and maybe Skills if we have distinct content. The posting mentions "Confidence with vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and basic labs" (skill), "Strong communication skills", "Ability to multitask and stay organized", "Composure and professionalism", "Bring genuine warmth and a concierge-level approach". Those are skills/qualities. Could put them under Requirements. We also have "What Success Looks Like" which could be considered responsibilities or performance expectations. Could be part of Responsibilities. We have "What You’ll Do" list of duties. That's responsibilities. We have "About The Role" narrative. We have "About Us" company description. Thus sections: About Us, About the Role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific content. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to cut out the Selection Process, EEO, etc. We also need to remove the "Show Us Your Excellence" paragraph about resume etc (application instructions). Also "Need inspiration? ..." etc. Also "Our Selection Process" etc. Also EEO paragraph. Also remove "Location: Hudson clinic (some local travel may be required to help cover other centers)"? That's location info; could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate line but we can include location in Schedule or maybe as a note. Since we have Schedule section for office hours, we could include location there as well. But location is not schedule; maybe we could add a short paragraph under About the Role or separate? There's no heading for Location. Could incorporate into Schedule or maybe as a note in About the Role. Since we must preserve all substantive information, we need to include location. We could add a

under About the Role or after it. But we must not create a heading for location unless we have a specific heading (not in list). So we can embed location in a paragraph within About the Role or maybe after About Us. Probably best to add a short paragraph after About Us: "Location: Hudson clinic (some local travel may be required to help cover other centers)". That's substantive. Similarly Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm goes under Schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat the job title as heading. The job title is Medical Assistant. Not used. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. Structure:

    About Us

Greenbrook Medical is building the new standard in primary care. We deliver high-touch, relationship-based care through neighborhood clinics, grounded in a simple belief: every senior deserves the kind of care we would want for our own families. Our model prioritizes time with patients, strong care coordination, and a personalized approach that improves outcomes while lowering total cost of care. We take full accountability for patient outcomes and overall cost of care, aligning clinical excellence with disciplined execution. That commitment shows up in our results, including a patient Net Promoter Score of 91, compared to 32 for typical healthcare organizations. Rooted in Tampa Bay and partnered with Tampa General Hospital, we are entering an exciting phase of growth. Backed by strong unit economics, experienced operators, and a proven playbook, we are looking for builders and operators who want to help scale a healthcare platform designed to deliver better care, better coordination, and better outcomes for seniors.

Location paragraph maybe after About Us? Could be its own

but not under a heading. We'll put:

Location: Hudson clinic (some local travel may be required to help cover other centers)

    About the Role

As a Medical Assistant, you’re the heart of every patient visit. From the moment a patient walks in, you set the tone, taking vitals, prepping them for their provider, and making sure they feel seen and cared for. All medical assistants are cross-trained across front office, back office, labs and referrals. You’ll move between clinical and administrative work throughout the day: drawing blood, running EKGs, updating records, and coordinating follow-ups, keeping each visit flowing so providers can focus on care. This is hands-on, fast-paced, people-first work where your attention to detail directly shapes patient outcomes and experience. You’ll report to the Center Manager, with room to take on more as we grow.

    Responsibilities

    • Own the patient visit, start to finish
    • Take and record vitals, medical histories, and medication lists
    • Prep patients for their exam so the provider can focus on care
    • Handle the hands-on clinical work
    • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed by the provider
    • Draw blood and run basic lab tests
    • Perform EKGs and PFTs
    • Keep records and scheduling tight
    • Document accurately in the EMR and keep patient records clean
    • Coordinate scheduling and follow-up appointments to keep care on track
    • Answer patient questions promptly with concierge-level support
    • Move as one care team
    • Partner with providers and staff to create seamless patient experiences
    • Pitch in to help cover other areas of the clinic when the team needs you
    • Bring a patient-first mindset while upholding our standards of care
Maybe also include "What Success Looks Like" as part of Responsibilities? Could add as additional bullet points: "Patients are prepped and seen on time, with minimal wait", "Records and documentation are accurate and complete before and after every visit", "Strong follow-up compliance that keeps patients on track", "You help sustain a clinic patient NPS of 90+", "Patient volume handled without dropping quality of care". Those are performance expectations; could be under Responsibilities or a separate section like "What Success Looks Like". But we don't have a heading for that; we could incorporate into Responsibilities as bullet points. That would preserve detail. Let's add those as bullet points under Responsibilities. Now Requirements:

    Requirements

    • 3+ years as a medical assistant, ideally in a primary care setting
    • Confidence with vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and basic labs
    • Strong communication skills that build trust with patients and teammates
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic
    • Composure and professionalism when things get busy
    • Bring genuine warmth and a concierge-level approach to senior care
    • Mindset grounded in our core values of Heart, Excellence, Accountability, Resilience, and Teamwork
    • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – a plus
    • Speak both English and Spanish – a plus
    • Take ownership and look for ways to make the clinic run better
We could also include "You stand out if you:" as bullet points. Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Health, dental, and vision insurance
    • Paid time off + paid sick time
    • 401(k) with company match
    Pay:

    Pay

$19-25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

    Generous annual performance bonus

    Schedule:

    Schedule

    Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

We might also include location in Schedule? But we already have location paragraph earlier. Could also add location under Schedule as a note. But we already placed location after About Us. That's fine. Now ensure we haven't included any boilerplate: removed Selection Process, EEO, etc. Also removed "Show Us Your Excellence" etc. Also removed "Need inspiration? ..." etc. Also removed "Our Selection Process" etc. Also removed "Equal Employment Opportunity and Commitment to Diversity" etc. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The paragraph about "We believe in fair, equitable pay that reflects your experience and impact." That's part of compensation; we could keep it under Pay as prose. Actually we have a sentence: "We believe in fair, equitable pay that reflects your experience and impact." That's substantive; we could include under Pay as a

. Let's add. Also "At Greenbrook Medical, excellence shows up in the details. Your resume is our first opportunity to understand your experience and it also reflects how you communicate, organize information, and approach your work. Please submit a polished resume that demonstrates professionalism and attention to detail. We consider both what you’ve done and how you present it, including clarity, formatting, grammar, and overall organization. Need inspiration? Also "Our Selection Process Application → Initial interview → Skills/experience interview → Clinic visit + short values interview → References" remove. Also EEO paragraph remove. Now check if any content duplicated: The "About Us
