Full-time Medical Assistant position at Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists of Wisconsin. This role is primarily based in Neenah and Oshkosh with occasional travel to other clinic locations. Responsibilities

• Room patients and document clinical findings
• Provide patient education and surgical instructions
• Assist with in-room scribing and physician support
• Order lab and diagnostic procedures
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Schedule appointments and track lab results
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to clinical staff

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
• CMA certification preferred but not required
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week)
• Flexibility to travel occasionally to other clinic locations
• Strong interpersonal skills and a heart for patient care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-centered environment

Pay

$20–25 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week with flexible working hours. Primary locations: Neenah and Oshkosh; occasional travel to other clinic locations required.
