Medical Assistant's Main Objective
Overall, the Medical Assistant is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution across our clinics, ensuring:
- Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinic
- Patient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols
- Patient recruitment, enrollment, and retention activities are executed with strong focus and follow-through
- Patients are guided through the clinical trials process, ensuring they attend and complete required visits
- Clinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platforms
- Sponsors and Clients have amazing customer service when they are onsite at our clinic and clear, constant communication when they are off site
- Serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal teams, physicians, sponsors, and research partners involved in active studies
- Help maintain strong physician confidence by staying organized, communicating clearly, and keeping stakeholders informed on patient and protocol updates
- Work proactively in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment, solving problems and helping keep daily operations on track
Requirements
- 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation healthcare environment
- Active RMA, CCMA, CMA, LPN, or RN certificate
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong preference for candidates with experience working toward KPIs, metrics, or performance expectations
This is an onsite Monday-Friday position.

Schedule
Full-time, 40+ hours per week. On-site in Hendersonville, TN with 20% travel to Smyrna, TN.
