About the role

The Medical Assistant will support high-quality study execution and help expand site capacity in a busy clinical research environment. Responsibilities include preparing and carrying out clinical visits with strong attention to detail, maintaining accurate study procedures and documentation, communicating effectively with patients, sponsors, and research partners, and supporting clinic flow and site leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients into a professional, supportive, and efficient clinic environment
  • Preparing and carrying out clinical visits with strong attention to detail
  • Maintaining accurate study procedures and documentation
  • Handling patient communication consistently to support attendance, engagement, and continuity across scheduled trial visits
  • Maintaining study-related information in a timely manner across required systems and records
  • Supporting clinic flow through effective coordination with physicians, team members, and study stakeholders
  • Responding to sponsors, clients, and research partners with responsive, professional communication
  • Supporting the site leadership team by demonstrating accountability, sound judgment, and readiness to learn clinical research operations from the ground up

Requirements

  • Medical Assistant certification or higher clinical credential with the ability to perform IM injections
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with at least 1 year in a healthcare setting
  • No clinical research experience required - training provided
  • Onsite Monday-Friday position
  • Comfortable with a demanding schedule and flexible to support a busy clinic environment
