Curalta Foot + Ankle, LLC, is a fast-growing Podiatry practice that values an "Above & Beyond" approach to patient service. We are seeking a team player who will make a positive impact in patients' lives through excellent customer service. This full‑time Medical Assistant position is located in our Mount Holly, NJ office. The MA greets patients, prepares them for treatment, assists the doctor with clinical care, manages the front desk, and handles administrative duties to create a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and accompany patients to examination room
• Enter clinical data in ModMed EMR
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms
• Obtain patient medical history, medication and immunization records
• Maintain patient confidentiality, abiding by HIPAA and OSHA requirements
• Prepare and assist with procedures and treatments as necessary
• Perform sterilization techniques
• Perform inventory of supplies and equipment, replacing as needed
• Work collaboratively with other employees to achieve team goals
• Perform any additional duties necessary to run the office efficiently

Requirements

• Medical Assistant Certification preferred
• Medical/clinical experience preferred
• Knowledge of EMR computerized processes and data entry procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, and maneuver in small areas
• Possess gross and fine motor skills
• Ability to occasionally sit, bend, or kneel
• Ability to lift or move up to 15 pounds

Pay

$18 - $20 per hour
