We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Title: Family Practice Associates: 138 Liverpool, NY Clinical Full-Time, Days, 6:45a-3:15p, 7:15a-3:45p, 7:45a-4:15p, 8:00a-4:30p, 8:30a-5:00p Req # 32994 Posted 09/11/2026 - Why Crouse Medical Practice? (section about the practice) - Here’s What We Offer (list of benefits) - Position Description (description) - Requirements (Education/Certification/Licensure, Experience/Skills/Proficiencies) - Pay Range: $19.00 - $26.45 - Also schedule info: "Clinical Full-Time, Days, 6:45a-3:15p, 7:15a-3:45p, 7:45a-4:15p, 8:00a-4:30p, 8:30a-5:00p" We need to decide sections. We have: - About the role? Could be "Why Crouse Medical Practice?" maybe as About the role? Or we could have "About the practice". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content to these headings. We have: - About the role: maybe the "Why Crouse Medical Practice?" and "Here’s What We Offer" could be considered about the role? But "Here’s What We Offer" is benefits. So we could have Benefits section. - Responsibilities: Position Description includes duties. - Requirements: Education/Certification/Licensure and Experience/Skills/Proficiencies. - Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? Could combine. - Skills: maybe part of Requirements. - Benefits: "Here’s What We Offer" list. - Pay: Pay Range. - Schedule: schedule times. We need to avoid filler sections. So we include sections only if we have real content. We have content for: - About the role: maybe we can include a short paragraph about the practice: "At Crouse Medical Practice, our focus is on improving the lives of our patients..." etc. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: Position Description paragraph. - Requirements: Education/Certification/Licensure and Experience/Skills/Proficiencies. - Benefits: list. - Pay: Pay Range. - Schedule: schedule times. We could also have Qualifications but maybe we can skip if redundant. We need to use

for each section heading. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We need to use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The posting includes "Req # 32994 Posted 09/11/2026". That's minor metadata; we can include in a short

maybe under About the role or at top. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

      Req # 32994 Posted 09/11/2026

      maybe. Then

      About the role

with paragraph(s) about Crouse Medical Practice. Then

      Responsibilities

      with

containing the Position Description paragraph. Then

      Requirements

      with maybe two
lists: one for Education/Certification/Licensure, one for Experience/Skills/Proficiencies. Or combine into one list? The instruction: use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have separate lists. Then

          Benefits

          with
          • list of benefits. Then

            Pay

            with

            containing Pay Range. Then

            Schedule

            with

containing schedule times. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All have content. Check for any duplicated lines: The posting includes "Why Crouse Medical Practice? At Crouse Medical Practice, our focus is on improving the lives of our patients. This focus is what drives us to recruit the best employees to support our patients. Our practice fosters an inclusive environment that prioritizes work-life balance, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds to join our close-knit work family." That's the About the role. Then "Here’s What We Offer" list: Monday-Friday work week with no mandatory overtime, Supportive team environment, Competitive starting rates based on experience, Annual salary increases, Opportunities for professional growth & stability within a fast growing Medical Practice, Longevity and consistency of management, Perfect attendance award, Tuition reimbursement program, Employee referral program, Affiliation with Crouse Hospital, Other benefits include: Generous Health/Dental/Vision & Life insurance, Flexible spending account or Health savings account – available first of the month following your date of hire, Employee assistance program, 15 days of paid time-off within first year of employment, 7 paid holidays annually, and a 401k with 4% employer match. We need to preserve all. So we list each bullet. Potential duplication: "Competitive starting rates based on experience" and "Annual salary increases" etc. We'll list them. Now schedule: The posting includes "Clinical Full-Time, Days, 6:45a-3:15p, 7:15a-3:45p, 7:45a-4:15p, 8:00a-4:30p, 8:30a-5:00p". So schedule is multiple possible shifts? We'll include as a sentence. Now Pay: "Pay Range: $19.00 - $26.45". We'll output that. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like "FacebookEmailTwitterLinkedIn". That's at end; we should remove. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:

            Req # 32994 Posted 09/11/2026

            About the role

At Crouse Medical Practice, our focus is on improving the lives of our patients. This focus is what drives us to recruit the best employees to support our patients. Our practice fosters an inclusive environment that prioritizes work-life balance, welcoming individuals from all backgrounds to join our close-knit work family.

            Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Clinical Manager the Medical Assistant provides efficient, compassionate patient care, ensuring the timely rooming of patients, EMR documentation, message processing and documentation as needed. Works with providers, managers and staff to promote quality and cost-effective daily operations. Establishes and maintains good interpersonal relationships with patients, their families, the public and coworkers. This position works collaboratively with all other staff to assist the patient and facilitate successful interaction with the practice team. The position reflects and carries forward the mission and goals of the practice both internally and throughout the community.

            Requirements

            Education/Certification/Licensure

            • Current Medical Assistant Certification or completion of a Medical Assistant Program.
            • Current Basic Life Support Certification.

            Experience/Skills/Proficiencies

            • Demonstrates ability to perform EKGS and obtain accurate vital signs both manually and with a vital sign monitor.
            • Demonstrates experience in a physician office and computer use.
            • Demonstrated competence interpersonal and intra professional relations.
            • Demonstrated commitment to collaboration with physicians to individualize and enhance patient care.
            • Demonstrated competence in acute care patient management/organization.
But note: we are only allowed to use

            for section headings, not

            . The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should not use

. We need to keep only

headings. For subheadings we could just use

            or within

            or

. But we must not use other heading levels. So we need to avoid

. We can incorporate the subheadings as bold text inside

or as list items with preceding text. Simplify: For Requirements, we can have a single

that includes all items, but we need to differentiate education vs experience. Could just list all items in one list; that's fine. The instruction: use
                • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a single list for Requirements. Thus:

                  Requirements

                  • Current Medical Assistant Certification or completion of a Medical Assistant Program.
                  • Current Basic Life Support Certification.
That satisfies. Now Benefits: we need to list all items from "Here’s What We Offer" and "Other benefits include". We'll combine. List: - Monday-Friday work week with no mandatory overtime - Supportive team environment - Competitive starting rates based on experience - Annual salary increases - Opportunities for professional growth & stability within a fast growing Medical Practice - Longevity and consistency of management - Perfect attendance award - Tuition reimbursement program - Employee referral program - Affiliation with Crouse Hospital - Generous Health/Dental/Vision & Life insurance - Flexible spending account or Health savings account – available first of the month following your date of hire - Employee assistance program - 15 days of paid time-off within first year of employment - 7 paid holidays annually - 401k with 4% employer match We need to preserve all. Ensure no duplication. Now Pay:
