We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, navigation, legal, etc. Must not include application instructions. Must include only sections with real content. We need to parse the posting. Key info: - Notice of change: recruitment open until filled, applications ongoing, first review 09/02/2026. This is metadata; could be placed in a short

maybe under a heading? Not a heading; we can include as a paragraph maybe under a generic "About the recruitment" but we shouldn't create headings without content. Could embed in a

without heading? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can have headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have salary info: $28.76 - $34.25 Hourly $59,824.96 - $71,244.16 Annually. Also bilingual allowance when applicable. That's Pay section. Benefits: The County offers generous benefits. Click on Benefits Tab above or CLICK HERE to view more information. Also applicants from other public sector may qualify for retirement reciprocity, time and service credit towards advanced vacation accrual rate. That's benefits content. We have description of role: Under medical supervision, assists professionals... etc. That's About the role or Responsibilities. We have "The IDEAL CANDIDATE Will Possess ..." That's Qualifications/Skills. We have "Examples of Duties In a Health Care Center Environment" and "In a Field-Based Environment". That's Responsibilities. We have "Employment Standards" with certificate, driver license, knowledge, abilities, desirable qualifications, bilingual requirement. That's Qualifications/Requirements. We have details about vacancies numbers, locations, bilingual, CSR 1414, visa sponsorship note. That's maybe About the role or Overview. We need to avoid boilerplate: like "Click on the Benefits Tab above or CLICK HERE", "Click on the image above learn how our Health Centers..." etc. Those are navigation/application instructions; we should remove them. Also "Please select ALL departments and locations you would like to be considered for current and future vacancies." That's application instruction; remove. Also "To learn more about our Health Care Centers, please visit: ..." etc. Remove. Also "For more information, please visit:" etc. Remove. We need to preserve substantive information: salary, benefits, duties, qualifications, etc. We must not invent sections like Schedule if not present. No schedule info given. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Thus we can have sections: - About the role (maybe overview of position, vacancies, locations, bilingual, CSR 1414, visa note) - Responsibilities (duties in health care center and field-based) - Qualifications (employment standards, certificate, driver license, knowledge, abilities, desirable qualifications, bilingual requirement) - Skills (maybe ideal candidate traits) - Benefits - Pay We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's extract substantive content: Overview / About the role: - The County of Santa Barbara is seeking dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistants. - As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients. - This position offers opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary team. - Currently accepting applications to fill three (3) bilingual (English/Spanish) full-time Medical Assistant vacancies in Santa Barbara, one (1) bilingual full-time floating Medical Assistant vacancy in South County (Santa Barbara and Carpinteria) and four (4) 1414* bilingual full-time Medical Assistant vacancies in Santa Barbara at County of Santa Barbara Health. - Also accepting applications to establish one employment list that will be used to fill current and future Full-Time, Part-Time, Extra Help and 1414* vacancies in multiple locations including Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, and Lompoc. - This job classification also utilized by the Department of Behavioral Wellness within the County. - Some vacancies are to fill positions vacated as a result of a leave of absence (CSR 1414) and duration subject to return of individual on leave; appointee may transition into regular position without re-application depending on performance and department needs. - Visa Sponsorship: position not eligible for visa sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work for any US employer without need for visa sponsorship by start date. That's substantive. Responsibilities: From "Examples of Duties In a Health Care Center Environment" list many bullet-like sentences. Also "In a Field-Based Environment". We'll combine into a
  • list. We need to preserve all duties; not summarize away detail. So we need to list each duty as separate

A California Department of Public Health phlebotomy certificate is highly desirable for field-based positions. - Bilingual – Speaking Requirements: Some vacancies may require the ability to converse fluently in English and Spanish. Applicants interested in being considered for bilingual positions must self-certify on their application that they are fluent in English and Spanish. Hiring departments may test applicants to verify their fluency. (Note: truncated sentence but we have enough.) Also "The IDEAL CANDIDATE Will Possess": - Experience working with underserved & economically disadvantaged populations. - Excellent customer service and organizational skills. - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor. - Ability to take initiative and remain professional at all times. - Proven track record of working well as part of a team. - Experience working with electronic medical records. Thus we can have sections: - About the role (overview) - Responsibilities (duties) - Qualifications (certificate, driver license, knowledge, abilities, desirable qualifications, bilingual) - Skills (ideal candidate traits) - Benefits - Pay We must not include sections with placeholder text. All have content. Now format as HTML fragment: use

for each heading, then content: either

    for prose or

    • for lists. We need to decide which content is prose vs list. About the role: multiple sentences; we can put in

      paragraphs maybe multiple

      . Could combine into one

      with sentences. We'll use

for each paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties; use

      • . Qualifications: we have multiple items; could be a mix of

        and

          . We'll use
          • for each bullet. Skills: also list; use
            • . Benefits: we have prose about generous benefits, plus retirement reciprocity etc. We'll put in

. Pay: we have salary range and bilingual allowance; put in

. We must not include navigation like "Click on the Benefits Tab above or CLICK HERE". Remove that sentence. Also remove "Click on the image above learn how our Health Centers..." etc. Also remove "To learn more about our Health Care Centers, please visit:" etc. Also remove "For more information, please visit:" etc. Also remove "Please select ALL departments and locations you would like to be considered for current and future vacancies." Also remove "Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis with the first review on 09/02/2026." Actually that's substantive metadata about timeline; we can keep it in About the role maybe as a sentence. It's not boilerplate; it's info about recruitment timeline. Keep. Also "NOTICE OF CHANGE: This recruitment will remain open until filled." Keep. Now craft HTML. Let's write:

              About the role

Notice of change: This recruitment will remain open until filled. Applications will be
