Medical Assistant

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of tasks and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Support one specialty provider by executing provider orders.
• Follow instructions given by providers and management.
• Translate during patient visits for all Spanish-speaking patients.
• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner to ensure efficient department function.
• Rotate between operating in multiple clinics in Monterey and Salinas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting and graduation from a Medical Assistant course.
• Excellent attendance and reliability with minimal absenteeism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with accuracy.
• Detail-oriented in performing job duties and maintaining full attention.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and get along well with others and in a team.
• Bilingual proficiency, specifically in Spanish.
