Medical Assistant

The Role

Carease Health is seeking a Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting and be skilled in taking vital signs.

Responsibilities

• Taking vital signs
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Administering medications as directed
• Documenting patient care in medical records
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to manage patient care plans
• Providing emotional support to patients and families

Requirements

• Medical Assistant: 2 years of experience
• Vital signs: 2 years of experience
• Driver's License
• Certified Medical Assistant

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Medical Assistant or CNA
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
• Ability to handle confidential patient information
