Role Description The Medical Assistant role at Bosley in Paradise Valley, AZ is a full-time, on-site position supporting clinical providers in delivering hair restoration services. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing treatment rooms, assisting physicians and clinicians during procedures, and ensuring a clean, safe clinical environment. The Medical Assistant will greet and prepare clients for visits, obtain and document vital signs, maintain accurate medical records, and support follow-up care instructions. Additional duties may include coordinating appointments, managing supplies, supporting patient education on procedures and aftercare, and collaborating with the clinical team to promote a positive, respectful experience for every client. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Medical Assisting, including clinical support, vital signs, and procedure preparation.Strong understanding of Medical Terminology relevant to hair restoration and cosmetic procedures.Experience in a Medical Office environment, including scheduling, patient intake, and coordination of care.Ability to provide compassionate, client-centered Patient Care with attention to comfort, privacy, and safety.Skill in maintaining accurate and confidential Medical Records in compliance with applicable regulations.Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program; certification or registration as a Medical Assistant preferred.Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Proficiency with basic computer systems and electronic health records.Previous experience in dermatology, cosmetic procedures, or hair restoration is beneficial but not required.
