What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming, positive experience for every patient and family member
- Support providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
- Create and maintain accurate patient records, including vital signs, medications, allergies, and medical history
- Administer medications and injections according to provider orders, following all documentation and safety protocols
- Answer phone calls, respond to patient needs, and route messages appropriately
- Help keep clinic operations running smoothly in a fast-paced setting
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred)
- Active and appropriate Medical Assistant or nursing certification/licensure
- Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and nursing practices
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, high-energy environment
- Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed
