Medical Assistant

Location: Pewaukee, Wisconsin. Facility: AMG Pewaukee Clinic. Specialty: Physician Support. Schedule: Day, .9 FTE.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and patient support.
• Schedule appointments and manage front‑desk operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to support efficient patient care.

Requirements

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted).
• High School diploma or equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience.

Note: Required professional licensure/certification may be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
