Medical Assistant
About the role
Core to the ArchWell Health approach is a robust clinical care team focused on the needs of our members. Care teams deliver excellent and compassionate primary care and coordinate member care with the broader healthcare system. The Medical Assistant (MA) plays a critical role in supporting the PCP day‑to‑day and ensuring efficiency in patient care. MAs work closely with teammates to greet and room members, assist in assessing health conditions, and perform routine diagnostic testing during appointments. The MA‑Float may be asked to provide coverage outside their primary center.
At ArchWell Health, we’re creating a community of caring designed to help members stay healthy and engaged after age 60. By focusing on strong provider‑patient relationships, routine wellness, and staying active, our members enjoy a higher level of care and better quality of life. Our value‑based care model prevents illness while keeping members healthy and happy. We deliver best‑in‑class primary care at comfortable, accessible neighborhood centers where older adults feel at home and become part of a vibrant, wellness‑focused community.
