About the role

ANY LAB TEST NOW® is a direct access lab testing services company that allows individuals to take control of their health by providing various lab tests and specimen collection services.

Responsibilities

• Provide phlebotomy services to clients without a physician’s order
• Ensure compliance with laboratory testing protocols
• Manage client inquiries and appointments
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining records
• Pass background checks, drug screens, and maintain a clean driving record

Requirements

• Current certification for Medical Assistant, LPN, or Phlebotomy
• 2 years of phlebotomy experience (geriatric and pediatric helpful)
• Working knowledge of laboratory testing
• Computer experience (Word and QuickBooks a plus)
• Highly organized and willing to learn and be motivated

Qualifications

• Experience with Quest or Lab Corp preferred
• Experience doing drug screens preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
• Customer service orientation
