Medical Assistant 1
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like current employees note, tip sheet, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the posting.
Key content:
- The Department of Urology is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to work on-site at Desai Sethi Medical Center in Miami, FL.
- Summary CORE JOB SUMMARY: description of MA role.
- Core Job Functions: Caring Science, Organization And Work Role Functions, Professional Practice.
- Core Duties And Qualifications: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). Also includes note about designee.
- Important Note: Medical Assistants (MA) working in Hospital-based units will not perform any type of medication administration.
- Core Qualifications: Education, Certification and Licensing, Additional certification (AHA BLS, HIV & AIDS Certification), Experience: No previous experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes: list.
- Department Specific Functions*: list of urology specific tasks.

We need sections: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (core duties), Requirements (maybe core qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe education/certification?), Skills (knowledge, skills, attitudes), Benefits (benefits package), Pay (maybe mention competitive salaries?), Schedule (full-time). We need to include only if real specific content.
Let's extract:
About the role: Could be the summary paragraph: "The Department of Urology is currently seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to work on-site at Desai Sethi Medical Center in Miami, FL." plus the CORE JOB SUMMARY description.
Responsibilities: Core Duties And Qualifications list (the bullet-like sentences). Also Department Specific Functions (urology specific tasks). Could combine.
Requirements: maybe the Core Qualifications (education, certification, experience). Or we could separate Qualifications and Requirements. The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to decide what goes where.
We can treat:
- About the role: summary/intro.
- Responsibilities: core duties (including department specific functions).
- Requirements: maybe education and certification requirements (Core Qualifications: Education, Certification and Licensing, Additional certification, Experience).
- Qualifications: maybe the knowledge, skills, attitudes? But they also have a separate Skills heading. Could treat Qualifications as education/certification, Skills as knowledge, skills, attitudes.
But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings; we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we treat Requirements as the mandatory qualifications (education, certification, experience). Qualifications as preferred or additional qualifications? However the posting doesn't separate preferred vs required. Could combine.
Given instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we might combine similar content.
We could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (including education, certification, experience), Skills (knowledge, skills, attitudes), Benefits (benefits package), Pay (competitive salaries), Schedule (full-time). That seems reasonable.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content for Pay: "competitive salaries". That's specific enough? It says "competitive salaries". That's not a number but it's a statement. It's not placeholder like "not specified". It's okay.
Schedule: "full-time". That's specific.
Benefits: "comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, tuition remission and more." That's specific.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no markdown fences.
We'll produce:
