This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead global medical strategy for tezepelumab in respiratory programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert and stay updated on research advancements
- Oversee evidence generation efforts, including RWE studies and clinical programs
- Provide strategic insights as the global medical affairs representative on teams
- Plan and execute scientific engagement activities to inform medical strategy
Requirements
- Doctorate degree with 4 years of medical affairs experience, or Master's with 8 years, or Bachelor's with 10 years
- At least 4 years of direct managerial or leadership experience
- Depth of knowledge in respiratory diseases like Asthma, CRSwNP, and COPD
- Demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management and evidence generation
- Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay
$220,746 – $298,656 annually
