This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global medical strategy for tezepelumab in respiratory programs
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and stay updated on research advancements
  • Oversee evidence generation efforts, including RWE studies and clinical programs
  • Provide strategic insights as the global medical affairs representative on teams
  • Plan and execute scientific engagement activities to inform medical strategy

Requirements

  • Doctorate degree with 4 years of medical affairs experience, or Master's with 8 years, or Bachelor's with 10 years
  • At least 4 years of direct managerial or leadership experience
  • Depth of knowledge in respiratory diseases like Asthma, CRSwNP, and COPD
  • Demonstrated expertise in product lifecycle management and evidence generation
  • Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills

Pay

$220,746 – $298,656 annually

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
