Responsibilities
- Answer phones and schedule/appointment confirmations
- Greet patients and update private information
- Prepare and organize medical records, scan/filings documents
- Track referrals, process faxes and referrals
- Cover messages between patients/key stakeholders/clinical staff
- Coordinate calendars in Outlook
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations
- Coordinate workers' compensation claims
- Ensure compliance with audits
- Manage records retention, budgeting, purchase requisitions/orders, monthly invoices/accounts payable
- Support timekeeping/payroll administration
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience in Medical Office Coordination preferred
- Minimum 4 years of Administrative Coordination Experience or Equivalent College Degree
- Plan Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
- Able to assist others with use

- Strong organizational skills to manage changing schedules and daily demands
- Maintain confidentiality and handle such information with discretion
