About the Role

Engage Oncology specialists and other key Oncology customers within a geographical territory (including academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts) to support the launch of our Multiple Myeloma product. Present clinically focused selling messages to build and grow revenue and consistently deliver product goals. Demonstrate initiative, drive, and independence through outstanding account management-based selling skills, leading performance and delivering results in a compliant manner while adhering to all Regeneron policies and regulatory guidelines for pharmaceutical/biological product promotion in the U.S.

Collaborate closely with Reimbursement and Access Specialists, Regional Science Managers, and other cross-functional partners to efficiently and effectively address customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the launch of a bispecific agent for treating malignancies in Multiple Myeloma, growing brand share and revenue.
  • Partner with Regional Directors, Territory-based Oncology Account Specialists, and Reimbursement Specialists to proactively resolve customer needs, identify market dynamics and trends, and develop strategies supporting brand and corporate objectives.
  • Develop strong working relationships with assigned accounts and specialists.
  • Execute market profiling activities to gain a deep understanding of regional and local healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities within assigned accounts and coordinate efforts with the Regeneron Oncology account team, including supporting contracting pull-through.
  • Build a breadth of relationships within each account to understand objectives, goals, and challenges, and align Regeneron Oncology resources to customer needs.
  • Demonstrate dedication to compliance by understanding regulations and policies governing customer interactions and ensuring adherence to them.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree or additional advanced education/certifications a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales, with Hematology Oncology preferred.
  • Buy and bill experience with biologics required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, or key institutions.
  • Current account management experience calling on large Oncology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.
  • Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
  • Proven leadership ability to collaborate and coordinate activity among individuals in different reporting structures.
  • Passion for science and a proactive approach to strengthening knowledge related to disease-state, treatment options, and healthcare trends.
  • Ability to travel and cover large geographic territories.

Pay

Salary Range (annually): $162,000.00 - $220,800.00.

Schedule

This is a field-based role located in Philadelphia, PA. Many roles at Regeneron are required to be performed onsite. Travel is required to cover large geographic territories.
