Responsibilities
- Engage Hematologists to present selling messages and support product goals for the Multiple Myeloma bispecific antibody
- Facilitate partnerships with cross-collaboration teams to resolve customer needs and develop market strategies
- Develop strong relationships within designated accounts and oncology specialists
- Conduct market profiling activities to understand local healthcare dynamics and payer systems
- Identify and coordinate business opportunities with assigned accounts, supporting contracting pull-through efforts
- Build a comprehensive understanding of account objectives and challenges, aligning the company resources accordingly
- Ensure compliance with regulations governing customer interactions and promote ethical engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or advanced certifications preferred
- Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Oncology sales; experience in Hematology Oncology is preferred
- Buy and bill experience with biologics is required
- At least 3 years of experience working with key opinion leaders and high-influence customers
- Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and marketplace
