About the role
The Hematology Oncology Account Specialist engages Hematologists and other key Oncology customers within a defined geographical region, supporting the launch of a new Multiple Myeloma product. This role focuses on building and growing revenue by delivering clinically focused selling messages.
Responsibilities
- Engage Hematologists and other key Oncology customers and deliver clinically focused selling messages to support the Multiple Myeloma product.
- Facilitate partnerships with multiple collaboration partners, including Nurse Educators, Key Account Managers, Reimbursement Specialists, and Regional Science Managers to proactively resolve customer needs and develop strategies.
- Develop strong working relationships with aligned designated accounts and specialists, executing market profiling activities to understand regional and local health care delivery systems.
- Proactively identify business opportunities with assigned accounts and leads appropriate coordination of effort by the Regeneron Oncology account team.
- Demonstrate dedication to compliance through understanding and adhering to regulations and policies governing customer interactions.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree or additional advanced education/certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years successful experience in Oncology sales, Hematology Oncology preferred.
- Buy and bill experience with biologics required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in group practices, academic hospitals, key institutions.
- Strong understanding of the Hematology Oncology therapeutic area and the current Oncology marketplace.
- Ability to travel and cover large geography territories.

Pay
$158,950 - $220,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position requiring travel and coverage of large geography territories.
