The Job
The Media Specialist will collaborate with the Employee Experience (EE) Team to produce high-quality video and graphic content that supports branding, training, and internal communications.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the EE Team and subject matter experts to storyboard, plan, and execute video projects from concept through delivery.
- Set up, operate, and break down video, lighting, and audio equipment in both office and field environments.
- Create creative, engaging, and on-brand video content that supports employee training, communications, and branding initiatives.
- Edit and organize video content to align with adult learning principles and micro-learning best practices.
- Apply strong storytelling, design, and editorial judgment to ensure clarity, consistency, and high production value.
- Maintain visual quality standards and brand consistency throughout the entire production lifecycle.
- Write and publish clear, concise, and easy-to-understand supporting materials to accompany video content.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak and write confidently for audiences ranging from front-line employees to leadership.
- A sharp eye for detail.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in video production, media creation, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Bachelor's degree and/or technical certification in media production, communications, film, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Audition, with working knowledge of the broader Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Expertise using modern video editing and production software.
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing past video and media work.
- Skilled at interviewing and engaging on-camera talent to encourage natural dialogue and authentic storytelling.
Skills
- Strong storytelling and design skills.

- Experience with micro-learning or training-focused video content.
- Familiarity with corporate or internal communications environments.
- Basic motion graphics or animation experience.
