Media Specialist

About the role

The Media Specialist supports strategic media planning and campaign management across all paid marketing campaigns, including Meta, Pinterest, Google, Programmatic Display, Video, and Traditional Media. This role ensures internal collaboration by working with stakeholders to identify campaign goals, strategy, and tactics. The ideal candidate understands complex paid media concepts and can explain and report on them to internal stakeholders while prioritizing and delivering exceptional work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Traffic paid media assets to agency partners and outside vendors.
• Submit monthly paid media job starts to support go-to-market messaging.
• Track and maintain monthly marketing budgets.
• Handle monthly purchase orders and invoices.
• Work with the internal marketing team and leadership to support strategy and execute campaigns.
• Create and deploy relevant audience segments to target first-time and repeat Sprouts customers.
• Support measurement and reporting on relevant KPIs and ROI for all paid marketing campaigns, including wins, and provide insights to improve traffic and CAC.
• Participate in the review, consideration, and onboarding of new advertising platforms or partnerships.
• Identify and share relevant paid digital trends and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years’ experience managing paid digital campaigns in Google Search, DV360, Google Shopping/PLA Ads, Meta, and Programmatic Display Ads.
• 1-2 years in local digital marketing.
• 1-2 years managing monthly invoicing and payment processes.
• Current Google Analytics and Ads and Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred).
