Position Overview

Freddie Mac is seeking a Media Services Technician to deliver concierge-level assistance for meetings and events, ensuring presenters and participants enjoy flawless, stress-free audiovisual experiences.

Your Impact

• Deliver hands-on, live technical support for meetings and events, focusing on MS Teams-enabled environments.
• Expertly operate Crestron control systems, wireless microphones, audio amplification, computer projection, and lighting.
• Serve as the primary technical resource during events, guiding presenters through AV setup, transitions, and device operation.
• Anticipate client needs, provide proactive assistance, and ensure all aspects of the AV experience are seamless and reliable.
• Within your first 60 days, demonstrate proficiency in event support workflows and contribute to the continuous enhancement of client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Media Technology, Audio Engineering, Communications, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in live AV event support within corporate, hospitality, media or broadcast environments.
• AVIXA CTS certification is highly preferred.
• Advanced skills operating Crestron control systems, wireless microphone setups, audio mixers, computer projection, and lighting equipment.
• In-depth experience supporting MS Teams meetings and events.
• Exceptional client service, communication, and presentation skills.

Pay

Annualized market-based salary range of $77,000 - $115,000 and eligible to participate in the annual incentive program.
