Job Summary Selkirk Sport is looking for a highly organized and proactive Media Production Coordinator to support the planning and execution of photo and video productions from start to finish. This position is based in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area, with occasional travel required for productions, events, and other business needs. In this role, you’ll manage the details that keep production moving—coordinating schedules, talent, locations, travel, vendors, call sheets, logistics, and final deliverables. You’ll work closely with producers, editors, creative leaders, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with campaign goals. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of photo and video production experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced creative environment. What You’ll Do Coordinate photo and video productions from pre-production through final deliveryBuild and maintain production schedules, timelines, shot lists, and call sheetsCoordinate talent, locations, travel arrangements, equipment, and production logisticsCommunicate project details, deadlines, and updates to internal teams and external partnersSource and coordinate vendors, freelancers, and other production resourcesTrack project milestones and follow up on outstanding items to keep productions on scheduleOrganize production files, assets, releases, documentation, and final deliverablesSupport producers and creative leaders with day-to-day production planning and executionAnticipate potential scheduling or logistical challenges and help develop solutionsManage multiple productions and shifting priorities while maintaining accuracy and organizationHelp improve production processes, workflows, and communication across departments What You Bring 3–5 years of experience coordinating photo, video, or other media productionsHands-on experience with production scheduling, call sheets, talent and location coordination, travel, vendors, logistics, and deliverablesStrong organizational and project-management skillsExceptional attention to detail and follow-throughClear, professional written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and changing priorities simultaneouslyA proactive, solutions-oriented approach to production challengesAbility to collaborate effectively with creative professionals, internal stakeholders, talent, and external vendorsComfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environmentA team-first mindset and willingness to step in wherever needed to help a production succeed Compensation The salary range for this position is $55,000–$80,000 annually.
