The Role
The Media & Omni-Channel Manager plays a crucial role in connecting brand strategy, media investment, and shopper activation to deliver seamless consumer experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting media planning decisions, including budget allocation, channel mix, audience targeting, and flighting strategies for all Signature Brands.
- Partnering with agencies to build and refine integrated media plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness across the funnel, from traffic generation to conversion and retention.
- Ensuring campaigns are structured to drive incremental growth, new-to-brand acquisition, and share gains.
- Contributing to the development of full-funnel media strategies across key retail partners (Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, Instacart, etc.) supporting the drive periods and key marketing tentpoles.
- Managing day-to-day campaign activation across all channels.
- Continuously optimizing campaigns to improve impact, effectiveness, conversion, and consumer acquisitions while building long-term brand love and engagement.
- Leveraging performance data and insights to inform ongoing media strategy and future planning cycles.
- Testing and scaling new capabilities, formats, and platforms to drive competitive advantage.
- Managing omnichannel media and shopper marketing budgets across key retailers and initiatives.
- Tracking and optimizing spend to ensure alignment with brand priorities and financial targets.
- Maintaining budget trackers and contributing to monthly/quarterly re-planning.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to reallocate investments to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Performing other duties assigned that support the overall success of the team, department, or organization.

Education/Experience/Qualifications/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA) with a Marketing concentration, preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of classical experience in marketing and marketing communications, preferably in the CPG food industry with a well-known brand or company.
- Experience managing one or more brands.
- Experience managing and executing key elements of brand plans including strategy, selling, and execution.
Physical Requirements and Work Conditions
- Ability to remain seated at a workstation for extended periods (up to 8 hours per day).
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling office equipment.
- Ability to view computer screens and read printed materials for prolonged periods.
- Occasional standing, walking, and reaching within the office environment.
- Adequate hearing and speech to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video.
- Able to lift and carry office supplies or equipment weighing up to 10–15 lbs.
- Able to travel up to 15%.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual salary range is $125,000 - $160,000. Compensation is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive Bonus.
