We are seeking a Media Manager to support media planning and buying efforts who shares our passion for reimagining the consumer experience through creativity, technology, and culture.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general activities related to digital media planning, buying, execution, and performance evaluation of media campaigns.
  • Effectively manage the flow of client deliverables related to media plans across channels such as digital, OOH, video, paid social, and paid search.
  • Maintain control of advertising budgets.
  • Ensure the accurate execution of media plans and monitoring of buys.
  • Manage activities related to media planning.
  • Develop POVs/position papers on key client or industry issues as needed.
  • Manage activities related to media planning.
  • Maintain effective communication within and outside the agency to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and campaign needs are met.

Requirements

  • A strong communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • A relationship builder, adept at fostering positive connections with outside vendors, clients, and internal teams.
  • A detail-oriented individual who can work effectively under pressure.
  • Passionate about digital and emerging media, with a keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends.
  • A quick learner, eager to acquire new skills and tools.
  • Proactive and resourceful, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in media planning or media buying role, agency experience highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge and experience with media-related research, planning, and buying tools.
  • Experience with media tools such as Nielsen, comScore, MRI, SQAD, SRDS, DoubleClick etc highly preferred.
  • Experience working in Prisma highly preferred.
  • Experience in digital media reporting/analysis, with strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $45,000—$100,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
