KNOE-TV 8 News is an award-winning television station and news organization located in Monroe, Louisiana, covering northeast Louisiana, Union and Ashley Counties in Arkansas, and Warren and Adams Counties in Mississippi. Job Summary/Description
KNOE is looking for a dynamic Multimedia Sales Coordinator to be a key part of our team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, technology-savvy campaign manager capable of producing creative, high-impact sales presentations while managing multiple projects simultaneously in an exciting, fast-paced environment. Position works directly with the Multimedia Sales Manager, sales team, advertisers, and corporate design team to ensure that campaigns run as directed.
- Generating digital revenue and broadcast revenue by identifying prospects, developing partner-focused strategy, building presentations, negotiating and closing deals, and building long-term relationships
- Increasing sales and nurturing client relationships at a high standard
- Cultivating, developing, and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at both the agency and client level
- Answering leads in the form of incoming phone calls and emails
- Utilizing marketing and sales collateral, visual presentations, research reports, and sales support data to ensure prospective clients understand our range of capabilities
- Managing all aspects of the sales communication and negotiation process and keeping management aware of status by providing accurate forecasts
- Meeting and exceeding sales expectations monthly, quarterly, and annually
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strategic, consultative selling experience with proven ability to navigate large and complex deals
- Prominent experience in creating presentations
- The ability to work across departments to meet the targets of the digital department
- Expert negotiation skills with experience in high-level sales deals
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively while also ensuring the accuracy of work through attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings
- Results-driven and takes appropriate steps to achieve goals while taking ownership of situations as needed
- Promptly delivering accurate work products and demonstrating good follow-up and follow-through
- Prominent ability to build supportive and constructive relationships within and outside of the organization
